Description

This is a late 17th-century barn located west of Stone Cottage. It features a brick nogged timber frame and a slate roof, and is a single storey with seven panel bays. The structure has very light framing, with passing braces in the gable and jowelled posts. There is a small wing light with glazing bars next to a ledged and battened door. Inside, the barn has a Queen-post truss.
