Description

This is a late 17th-century barn, originally part of Talbarn, now incorporated into a dwelling. The barn is constructed with a timber frame, nogged with brick, and has a tile roof. It has two storeys and fifteen bays. The timber framing is substantial, featuring a single rail and long braces to the gables, with bargeboards to the roof. In the 20th century, a house was added to the north rear of the barn, and the timber frame underwent extensive restoration at that time. The interior of the barn is unremarkable.
