Description
This is an early 19th-century house, built as an extension to number 70 Front Street but functioning as a separate residence, incorporated into the garden area. The house is constructed of brick with a roof of Welsh slate. It has two storeys and two sash windows with glazing bars. A later porch is built of sandstone and Welsh slate, and the roof has gable stone coping. Central and end brick chimneys are present. The building is included on the heritage list for its group value in conjunction with number 70.
