Description

Mansion House is a late 18th century to early 19th century building that has been divided into five separate dwellings. The main house features coursed squared limestone with an ashlar sandstone porch and a Welsh slate roof. It is two storeys high and originally had five windows, although two late 19th century windows and doors have been added in the second bay. The square, one-storey porch, located in the second bay from the right, has an open-pedimented Tuscan doorcase with an eight-panelled door and a decorated round fanlight set in a deep reveal, which is panelled in the same style as the door. The side walls have margined sashes, and there is a dentilled cornice along with a blocking course. The low-pitched roof of the house has wide eaves and three transverse chimneys.

To the west, there is a rendered wing that is two storeys high with one window and a door, topped with a flat roof. The wing to the east at the rear is made of ashlar and features a canted bay window with a brick return and a pantiled hipped roof.
