Description

The walls and gate piers located at the southeast of the garden of No 70, known as Boldon House, date from the late 18th century. They are constructed from sandstone ashlar and feature a plinth, an overhanging cornice, and a ball finial. The structure includes a long wall on the west side and a shorter wall on the east side, both of which are tall and made of roughly squared coursed sandstone.
