Plate glass sash windows. Modern shop front on ground floor of No 39. Mid C19 shop to right with 2 panelled pilasters, 2 fascia brackets, dentil cornice to fascia and 3 light bay to right of door. Throughpassage between shops into Dodd's Lane, which at the rear of Nos 39 and Cornmrket is brick built, 2 storeys and 2 windows to Cornmarket, 3 storeys and 3 windows to No 39 with a bow fronted shop window still in place.
