Description
The farm buildings west of Raby Hunt Inn are linked structures dating from the early to mid-19th century. They are constructed of coursed rubble that has been painted white and feature pantiled roofs. The buildings form a staggered single-storey range of varying heights. From left to right, the layout includes an L-plan shed and loose-box, a long range of loose-boxes with two Dutch doors, a boarded door, and three replaced casements. There is a set-back former smithy with two boarded doors and a stack at the right end, followed by a set-back loose-box with two boarded doors, a hit-and-miss window, and a monopitch roof. A short high linking wall connects to a shed with a boarded door, a replaced six-pane light, and a monopitch roof. A garage at the right rear is not of special interest. These buildings are included for their group value.
