Description

This is an early 19th-century cottage. It is constructed of rubble and painted white, with a pantiled roof and rebuilt brick chimney stacks. The cottage is single-storey and has two windows. A replaced door is centrally positioned and flanked by replaced four-pane sash windows. The roof has slightly-swept eaves, and end stacks are present. An added single-storey range on the left side is not considered to be of special architectural interest. The cottage is a rare example of a relatively unaltered building of its type.
