Description
This is a house, including attached railings, built in the 19th century. The exterior features roughcast rendered in pebbledash, likely over brick, with a natural slate roof and brick chimney stacks. The house has a double depth central entry plan and stands two storeys high with three windows. The central bay projects and is topped with a pediment. There is a porch with a flat entablature supported by slim iron columns, leading to a 4-panel door with a transom light above. All windows are 6 over 6 pane sashes. The roof has a plain low pitch with gable stacks. Additional walling is present on the outside of each chimney wall, connecting the house to the adjoining properties, and there is an extra door on the left side. The property likely retains its original low spiked railing and gate. The rear elevation has not been inspected, and the interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
