Description
This is a house with attached railings, built in the 19th century. The exterior is roughcast rendered and painted, topped with a natural slate roof. It has a double depth central entry plan and stands two storeys high with three windows. The entrance features a six-panel door with a flat hood supported by small brackets and wood architraves. The windows are plain six-over-six pane sashes, with the upper floor windows being smaller. The roof has a low pitch, with eaves supported by paired brackets, hipped to the right, and a stack located on the left ridge and right wall. Plain spike wrought iron railings are mounted on a dwarf stone wall, with double gates at either end of the main elevation. The rear elevation has not been inspected.
While the interior was not inspected during the resurvey, it is reported to have a straight flight stick baluster stair in the hall.
