Description
This house, which includes attached railings, features unpainted pebble-dash, likely over brick, and has a Welsh slate roof. It is a balanced double depth pair with doors positioned on the outside. The building stands three storeys tall and has two windows on each floor, with a band running between the first and second floors. The six-panel doors are topped with flat hoods, and the wrought iron area spearhead railings are intact. The windows are sash style with most glazing bars still in place, featuring a tripartite arrangement on the right side of the ground floor and keystone heads above. The roof is steeply pitched in an M shape, with a central shared stack. The return gable walls are rendered and blind. The rear elevation has not been seen, and the interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
