Description
25 St. Mary’s Street is a double-depth building of two storeys and garrets, originally three bays wide but now divided into two dwellings. The building is roughcast rendered and has a tile roof. The central doorcase features a reeded architrave and a partially glazed six-panel door. A projecting canted bay window to the right has five panes across three lights. A full-height projecting bay to the left has been altered; a modern door is set into what was likely originally a tripartite sash window. The roof is steeply pitched with gable stacks. A small rear wing is also present. The interior was not inspected during a recent survey.
