Description

This building is a house with attached railings, featuring a stucco front that is painted, likely over brick, and topped with a Welsh slate roof. It has a double depth plan with the entrance located on the right side. The house is two storeys tall.

On the ground floor, there is a projecting bay window supported by massive ornate capitals at the corners. The window has 8 over 8 pane sashes, with 1 over 1 panes in the sidelights. The door, located in an opening similar to the windows above, has six panels and a transom light, and is topped with a hood on brackets. A band runs along the first floor. The second floor features three windows, with the center window slightly recessed. These are 6 over 6 pane sashes adorned with hoodmoulds on brackets and an impost band. The roof has a low pitch and a stack located only at the rear. The property is also complemented by attached wrought iron spear head railings. The rear elevation has not been seen.

While the interior was not visible during the resurvey, it is reported to retain traces of its historic uses.
