Description
No 32, including the attached railings, is a two-storey building that is rendered, likely over local rubble stone, and features a Welsh slate roof with a red brick chimney stack. The entrance plan is central but not symmetrical. It has a panelled door with a blocked fanlight and an open pediment supported by brackets, along with panelled pilasters. There are two windows on each floor. To the left of the door, there is a small mid-19th century shopfront with carved brackets supporting the fascia and a window with three panes by two panes, which has a plain surround. To the right of the door is a plain six-over-six pane sash window. The upper floor has two six-over-six sash windows with exposed cases. The roof has a low pitch and shares a stack with the right gable. Decorative late 19th century cast iron railings and a gate are attached to the front at both ends of the facade. The rear elevation was not seen during the inspection. The elevation indicates a basic two-room plan with a cross-passage.
