Description
Pembroke Villa is a two-storey house built from random sandstone rubble with red brick dressings around the windows. It features a natural slate roof and red brick chimney stacks. The building has a double depth central entry plan with a rear service wing and three windows on the front facade. The porch is supported by beaded square columns and has a six-panel door, with the top two panels being glazed. The sash windows throughout the property are designed with six over six panes set in plain reveals. The roof has a low pitch and includes gable stacks. The rear elevation has not been inspected, and the interior was not examined during the resurvey.
