Description

3 Hill Street is a terraced house dating from the 19th century. It features painted stucco with a slate close-eaved roof and a brick stack at the right end. The house has three storeys and a single-window range, with the entrance door located to the left. In 1974, the house had a small dentil eaves cornice.

A central canted two-storey bay window is present, which includes plate glass sashes and a moulded top cornice, with an additional plate glass sash above on the second floor. The doorway to the left has a renewed six-panel door set in flush panelled reveals, and there is an overlight in the doorcase that is flanked by plain wooden pilasters, a frieze, and a moulded cornice.

The interior has not been inspected.
