Description

23a Goat Street is a terraced house dating from the 19th century, featuring painted stucco and a slate close-eaved roof with a small brick stack on the left. The building has three storeys and two bays, with horned plate glass sash windows on the upper floors. The ground floor is highlighted by a square bay window in the center, which has a hipped slate roof and horned sashes; the lower sash is made of plate glass, while the upper half consists of eight panes, and the side lights are fixed with two panes over plate glass. To the left, there is a recessed 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected but is reported to have been altered, including the addition of a new staircase.
