Description
17 Goat Street is a terraced house that features painted roughcast and stucco with a close-eaved imitation-slate roof and a brick square stack on the right end. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range that is offset to the left. The upper floor is roughcast, while there is a stucco band above the stuccoed ground floor.
On the upper floor, there are three small windows with pairs of casements beneath narrow 5-pane top lights. The ground floor openings are framed in stucco moulding, with windows that have casements each under 4-pane top lights. To the right, there is a three-light window, and to the left of the recessed door, there is a two-light window. The entrance features a modern half-glazed door that is accessed by two steps. The interior has not been inspected.
