Description

13 High Terrace is a terraced house featuring unpainted roughcast and painted stucco, topped with a slate roof and flat eaves. It has a brick stack on the right side. The house is two stories high with a three-window range of plate glass sashes that include stained glass inserts from the mid-20th century. The central arched doorway is complemented by a matching fanlight, and the exterior is adorned with stucco surrounds, keystones, angle strips, and sill bands.

Inside, there is a typical dog-leg staircase and a hall with a plaster ceiling border that features acanthus corner motifs. The rear wall of the north end room has an arched recess, while the south end room includes cupboards flanking the fireplace. The windows are fitted with shutters.
