Description

14 High Terrace is a terraced house that features painted roughcast and stucco with a slate eaves roof and brick end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range of original hornless 12-pane sash windows, which have painted slate sills. In the center, there is a half-glazed door with a fanlight above it. The windows are surrounded by stucco with keystones, and there is a sill band on the first floor along with angle quoins. The door is set within an early 20th-century lean-to timber glazed porch that includes leaded stained glass, which matches the glass in the fanlight.
