Description

17 High Terrace is a terraced house featuring painted roughcast with stucco dressings, a flat-eaved slate roof, and red brick end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range, showcasing earlier 20th-century plate glass sashes that include stained glass top strips and painted slate sills. The central door is set within an early 20th-century glazed timber porch that has leaded lights and a flat corniced roof. There is also a 20th-century dormer. The house is adorned with stucco channelled quoins and surrounds that include keystones.
