Description

Marwood is a terraced house constructed in unpainted roughcast with stucco dressings, featuring a slate roof, bracketed eaves, and a stone stack at the right end. The house is two stories tall and has a three-window range of plate glass sashes, along with a four-panel door and an overlight. It includes stucco strips, a sill band, and surrounds with keystones, which are similar to those found at Nos 9-10. The sills are made of slate.
