Description

4 and 5 High Terrace are a pair of houses built around 1848. They feature unpainted roughcast exteriors with stucco dressings, while number 5 is painted. The houses have slate roofs with flat eaves and rendered end stacks. They are two stories tall and have a four-window arrangement with plate glass sashes and slate sills. There are also two doors, each with overlights. The design includes raised stucco angle quoins, a sill band, and surrounds with keystones.
