Description
3 Marine Terrace is a terraced house built with unpainted roughcast and stucco, featuring a slate roof and a stone stack on the left end. The house is two stories high and has a three-window range, with plastic 20th-century windows designed to imitate the original 12-pane sash windows, as well as a plastic door. Notable architectural details include bracketed eaves, stucco quoins, a sill band, and surrounds with keystones, along with slate sills.
