Description
1 Marine Terrace is an end-of-terrace house built in unpainted roughcast with a slate roof and rendered end stacks. The house features a two-storey front with three windows, which are original hornless 12-pane sashes with painted slate sills. The original front door is a 6-panel design with a traceried overlight and panelled reveals.
In front of the house, there is a low rendered garden wall with end piers and low iron railings on either side of an iron gate.
The house does not appear to be marked on the 1847 Tithe Map, where the terrace begins slightly further north.
