Description
2 Lewis Terrace is a row of three terraced houses, with No 3 stepped up from the others. The houses are finished in painted roughcast with painted stucco dressings, slate roofs, and stone stacks. Each house is two stories high and has two windows. Nos 1 and 2 are a mirrored pair. The eaves are bracketted, and there are stucco surrounds with keystones and angle strips, along with first floor sill bands. The windows are plate glass sashes, and the doors feature overlights. There are early 20th-century glazed and flat-roofed porches. No 1 has had its ground floor window altered for a broader 20th-century window and includes a corniced porch with chamfered piers. No 2 has a simpler enclosed porch. No 3, also known as Leeside, has a 20th-century dormer and an enclosed porch.
