Description
Nevern House is a terraced house featuring colourwashed roughcast cladding and an imitation slate roof, with shared rendered end stacks. The building has a two-storey double-fronted elevation. On the upper floor, there are two narrow 2-pane sash windows. The ground floor includes two 4-pane sash windows, with the left window being much wider, and a central door that has long panels and an overlight displaying the name of the house.
An open porch with a flat roof is supported by four turned timber columns, which have moulded turned caps and bases. The forecourt is enclosed by short iron railings topped with spearhead finials, along with a matching small gate that features dog bars. The outer piers are square and rendered, carrying rough boulders, and there are rendered return walls.
