Description

Llys-Teg is a terraced house, dating from the 18th century. It is faced in colourwashed stucco, topped by a slate roof with bracketed eaves and shared stone end stacks. The house has two storeys and a three-window front. The upper storey features three relatively small four-pane sash windows, each with a later stucco hoodmould that corbels outwards. The ground floor has two later 19th-century canted bays with cornices supported by consoles, housing two, four, two, and two-pane windows. The central doorway is accessed via a seven-panel door and a shallow overlight, set within a doorcase featuring pilasters and a cornice resting on consoles above a deep frieze. A forecourt is enclosed by a low stone wall and 19th-century railings, with piers at each end and cast-iron fleur-de-lys finials. The roof was previously grouted.
