Description
This is a cottage occupied by St John's Fishguard Nursing Division. It is constructed of stone rubble and has a slate roof. The front wall features whitewashed stucco cladding that is lined to resemble ashlar. The cottage is single-storey and double-fronted, with a 4-pane sash window on either side of a central doorway. The doorway has a board door with a plain overlight, and there are two steps leading up to it. There is a small loft door located in the left gable end. The rear elevation is built against an earth bank. Additionally, there is an attached gravestone of Henry Collins, dated 1820. Since the previous listing, the roof is no longer cement grouted, and the wavy ridge and chimney on the left end have been removed.
