Description
The building at 13 High Street is a lean-to structure located on the right end wall of No 11a, with a rear wing that has a gable end facing Parc-y-shwt. The lean-to is attached to No 11a and features colourwashed stucco with a slate roof that is half-hipped at the front. It includes a four-pane casement window on the first floor and a ground floor glazed door, both set in eared raised surrounds similar to those on No 11a. The side facing the lane has a curved angle. The side wall facing Parc-y-shwt is mostly blank, except for a door positioned at the far right, leading to a rear cottage that is at right angles to the lean-to. This wall is rendered and unpainted, featuring a rendered stack at the right end and one curved-headed window on the front, which faces down the lane. The gable end also includes a window. The roof was grouted slate as of 1978.
