Description

Lean-to and rear wing on end of No 30, painted roughcast, with slate roof and small central metal flue. Lean-to on gable end wall of No 30 and range running back along narrow lane. Main Street end wall has small, square fixed 6-pane window in upper storey and slightly larger C20 9-pane sash window in ground floor. Lane frontage in 3 sections: the lean-to section of 2 bays, a fully roofed section with slightly higher eaves of 2 bays, and a covered yard section beyond. Lean-to section has a 12-pane sash window to right on first floor and a 9-pane sash window to left on ground floor. The main portion of the building has a 9-pane sash window to right of first floor, a 4-pane sash window below this and a 4-pane sash window to left. The wall of the covered yard incorporates doorway to yard with plank stable door. Gable end over yard contains a C20 metal-framed window into attic space. At previous listing, front lower window was metal-framed and door in main portion of building has been replaced by a window.
