This end-terraced house at 32 Main Street dates from the 19th century and features colourwashed roughcast cladding with stucco dressings. The slate roof has wide eaves and stone end stacks, with the right stack rendered. The roof overhangs the corner of the adjacent house at No 34, and the left stack is the original chimney of No 34.

The building is two storeys high and has a two-window range, along with a basement. It includes three small roof lights and two large 12-pane hornless sash windows on the upper storey, as well as two 4-pane horned sash windows on the ground floor, all positioned to the right of the doorway. Access to the door is via five steps, and the door itself is a five-panel design with an overlight above.

Architectural details include stucco quoins and architraves, with hoodmoulds above the first-floor windows. The ground floor features an overall cornice that incorporates ogee lintels above the door and both windows. There is a plinth that includes a surround for two louvred basement openings.

The property is also adorned with iron railings that have fleur-de-lys finials, alternating with pairs of hoops. At the rear, there is an earlier stone and corrugated iron-roofed range that belongs to No 34, featuring a large rubble centre chimney stack.
