Description
1 Hill Terrace is a semi-detached house featuring pebbledash cladding and an imitation slate roof with rendered end stacks. The building has a two-storey, double-fronted elevation that includes two 20th-century aluminium windows on each floor, with the left window on the ground floor being double width. The centre of the facade has a 20th-century half-glazed door with a shallow overlight, and the facade is slightly offset to the right. All openings are framed with painted stucco surrounds that have moulded keystones. At the rear, there is an outshut. In 1978, the house had modern wood casement windows, consisting of two lights, except for one window that had three lights.
