Description

4 Hill Terrace is an end of terrace house featuring stucco cladding and an imitation slate close-eaved roof with stucco-clad end stacks. The house has a two-storey double-fronted elevation that is offset to the left, characterized by narrow 4-pane sash windows throughout and a central doorway. The door is a 20th-century half-glazed design. There is an outshut at the rear. In a previous listing, it was noted that the roof was grouted cement, the cladding was pebbledash, and the windows were sashes without glazing bars.
