Newton Villa is an end of terrace house that features roughcast walls with stucco dressings, a slate roof, and brick gable end stacks. The building stands two storeys high and has a three-window range, which includes 12-pane sash windows. The entrance is marked by a central four-panel door that has a margin-glazed overlight above it. Notable architectural details include a raised plinth, a sill-band at the first floor, outer pilaster strips, and thin surrounds around the openings.
