Description

95 Hill Street is an end terrace house built in the 20th century, featuring unpainted stucco and a slate roof with overhanging gable verges and brick end stacks. The house has three storeys and a three-window range with renewed sash windows, consisting of 9 panes on the top floor and 12 panes on the other floors. There is an arched door in the right bay, which has a renewed six-panel door and a radiating bar fanlight, set within a renewed Ionic open-pedimented doorcase. The fanlight may be original. The interior has not been inspected but is said to have been reconstructed.
