Description

13 Albany Terrace is a terraced house that features painted roughcast and a part-cemented slate roof with a rendered stack on the left end. The building is two storeys tall and double-fronted. On the upper floor, there are two large 19th-century four-pane horned sashes that break the eaves and are topped with catslide roofs, which were previously small gables. The ground floor has eared stuccoed surrounds around the doors and windows. To the left, there is a broad four-pane sash window, a 20th-century half-glazed door to the right of centre, and a small plate glass sash window to the right. The property has not been inspected.
