Description
Bulmer House is a terraced house dating from the early 20th century. It features painted roughcast walls and a close-eaved slate roof, with a small brick stack on the left end. The building stands three storeys high and has two bays, with windows framed in plain eared stucco surrounds. Each upper floor has two hornless 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor has a large horned 12-pane sash window to the left of centre and an arched doorway to the right, both set in a stuccoed surround. The door is recessed and has a radiating-bar fanlight above it.
In front of the house is a small forecourt, which is bordered by a dwarf wall made of stucco and early 20th-century wire railings. The railings have rounded tops in pairs, alternating with rails that feature trefoil-shaped finials.
