Description

60 Dew Street is an end-terrace house dating from the early 19th century. It features painted stucco with a slate close-eaved roof and brick stacks at the end. The house is two storeys high and has three bays, which are offset to the left. The front has large renewed 12-pane sash windows and a centrally located recessed door. There is a raised plinth at the base. The doorway is broad and has an early 19th-century timber doorcase, which includes thin side piers, a frieze between console brackets with guttae, and a thin moulded cornice. The door itself has been covered in painted hardboard. The right end gable is rendered and has no windows. The interior has not been inspected.
