Description

47 Dew Street is a terraced house dating from the 19th century. It is constructed of painted stucco and features a slate roof with a large square red brick stack on the left end. The house has two storeys and three bays, with small upper windows located under the eaves; the centre window is blank. There are four-pane horned sash windows, with two on each floor, and a centrally located recessed half-glazed four-panel door. The door surround has thin chamfers on the jambs and a raised stucco lintel. The interior has not been inspected.
