Description

49 Dew Street is a terraced house dating from the 19th century. It features painted stucco with a roof made of small local slates, flat eaves, and brick end stacks. The right stack is square and shared with No 47, while the left stack is against the end wall of No 51. The base is constructed of rubble stone with a dripstone. The house has two storeys and three bays, with 12-pane hornless sash windows and a central 19th-century door that has six long panels. The doorway has chamfered jambs, similar to those found on Nos 45 and 47. The interior has not been inspected.
