45 Dew Street is a two-storey house with a painted render exterior and a slate roof, featuring a brick stack on the right end. The building is double fronted, with 20th-century uPVC casements on the upper floor and larger 20th-century plate glass windows on the lower floor, positioned to the right. The central doorway has a thin chamfer and a half-glazed door, similar to that of the adjacent property at No 47. The interior has not been inspected.
