Description

58 Dew Street is a terraced house dating from the 19th century. It features painted roughcast walls and a slate close-eaved roof, with a rendered stack at the left end that is shared with No 56, and a brick stack at the right end. The house has two storeys and three bays, with well-spaced narrow 4-pane sash windows and a centrally recessed door. There is a raised plinth, and the four-panel door has been renewed. Notably, the ground floor right window is set further in than the window above it. The interior has not been inspected.
