Description

48 Dew Street is a terraced house dating from the 19th century. It features painted lined stucco on the exterior, a slate roof with close eaves, and brick stacks at both ends. The house has two storeys and is double-fronted, with renewed 12-pane glass sash windows and a centrally located recessed door that is part-glazed and from the 20th century. The building has a raised plinth. The interior has not been inspected.
