Description

44 Dew Street is a terraced house constructed with painted stucco and features a slate close-eaved roof, along with a brick stack at the right end. The building has two storeys and a double-fronted design, showcasing a rusticated facade. The upper floor includes two plate glass sash windows, while the ground floor features a tripartite 2-4-2-pane sash window on the left, all three windows adorned with a prominent keystone above. To the right of the 2-4-2 panes, there is a small canted bay with a moulded cornice. The central entrance is a recessed, renewed six-panel door set within a 20th-century timber surround, which includes console brackets supporting an open pediment, and has panelled reveals. The interior has not been inspected.
