Description
Sea View is a terraced house built with unpainted stucco and features a slate roof with brick end stacks. It stands four storeys high and has three bays, characterized by a plain parapet and a raised plinth. The windows in the centre of the two upper floors are blank, while the outer windows consist of 9-pane sashes on the top floor and longer 12-pane sashes on the second floor. On the first floor, there is a similar 12-pane sash window to the right and a later 19th-century timber canted oriel window to the left, positioned between the centre and left windows above. The ground floor features a larger 12-pane sash window to the centre left, which aligns with the oriel. The doorway on the extreme right has a plain late 19th-century surround with a cornice, leading to a six-panelled door with an overlight. The rear elevation was slate-hung in 1977.
