Description

Bartlet is a terraced house with a stuccoed front, standing three storeys tall and featuring two bays that are offset to the left. The building has a thin cornice and a parapet. It includes plate glass sash windows set in moulded surrounds. The ground floor has an arched doorway with chamfered edges located at the extreme left, which is fitted with a 20th-century plastic door and an overlight. The house also has a raised plinth.
