Description
20 Marine Terrace is a terraced house built in unpainted stucco, featuring a slate eaves roof and stone end stacks. The house is two stories high and has a two-window range. It retains its original hornless sash windows, with painted slate sills; the first floor has a 12-pane window and a 16-pane window, while the ground floor right has a 12-pane window. To the left, there is a half-glazed door with a plain fanlight, set within an arch-headed trellis porch. The house also has raised stucco window heads and a door arch.
