Description

Fairholm is a terraced house built with painted roughcast and stucco, featuring a slate roof and bracket eaves. It has stone end stacks and is two storeys high with a three-window range. The original hornless 12-pane sash windows and the original 5-panel door with an overlight and panelled reveals are set within a timber corniced doorcase, which is similar to that found on No 9. The window surrounds are plain stucco with keystones, and there are panelled shutters in the ground floor right room.
