Description

9 Marine Terrace is a terraced house featuring unpainted roughcast and stucco with a slate eaves roof and bracketed eaves. The building has a rendered stack at the left end. It is two stories high with a three-window range. The upper floor has plate glass sash windows, while the ground floor has plastic windows from the 20th century, both of which replaced the original 12-pane windows.

The entrance includes an original six-panel door with an overlight, set within a panelled timber doorcase that has thin side piers, an entablature, and a cornice. The stucco window surrounds are similar to those on Nos 7 and 8, and there is a sill band along with channelled angle strips. The sills are made of painted slate.
